Employee-Led Resource Groups at Pace®
Our employees are the heart of Pace®. They shape the work we do, the relationships we build with our clients, and how we live out our mission. Through the introduction of Employee Resource Groups, our team can lean into the things that make them unique by exploring professional topics and experiences in a safe, collaborative community. Currently, we have three active Employee Resource Groups with plans to add more.
