Pace® provides information and requirements related to standards established for Ethical and Professional Conduct that are required of all suppliers defined as any individual or business that provides Pace® with products or services.
The Pace® Supplier Code of Conduct covers the following topics:
- Labor & Human Rights
- Occupational Safety
- Environmental Conservation & Sustainability
- Ethical Integrity
- California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
All Pace® suppliers are expected to comply with these standards in addition to local, national and international laws, rules, and regulations established. The current policy has been effective since February 1, 2024.
In addition, all suppliers must acknowledge and support the following Pace® Policies:
